Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Exchanges/Returns

  • I will accept returns and exchanges, as long as the items can be returned in an unused perfect condition within 30 days of receipt.  Please get in touch with your order number at brambleandfriends@gmail.com to discuss your return.
  • Return address is 29 Ferryhill Place, Aberdeen. AB11 7SE. U.K.
  • The customer is responsible for the return postage.  Please note as items are made to order, postage will not be reimbursed on returned items.
  • As items are handmade to order, returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover loss and payment transaction fees withheld by the payment provider.
  • If items are found to be faulty or there has been an error on my part, postage will be covered & reimbursed.

     

     

     

    Exceptions / non-returnable items 

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on

    • sale items
    • personalised items (eg with added name tags)
    • gift cards

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at brambleandfriends@gmail.com.

What happens if My Order has not arrived?

Items that have not arrived in an acceptable time frame will only be eligible for a refund or replacement if it has been 30 days from dispatch (U.K).  International orders will only be eligible for a refund or replacement if it has been 60 days from dispatch.  Please email brambleandfriends@gmail.com with any concerns as most issues can easily be resolved.

Please note that if your order has tracking, some further investigation as to where the item is may be needed prior to issuing a full refund.

 

Cancellations

  • As all items are handmade to order, I do not accept cancellations after 24 hours - materials will have been purchased to complete your order. Cancellations may be subject to charges that are withheld by the payment provider.
