• All of our products are handmade to order and some will take longer than others.  Everything is made from scratch by myself and I put much love and care into every item ordered.  If you need your order by a certain date - please get in touch at the point of placing the order!  I will always accommodate if I can.

Safety Instructions:

• It is the customers responsibility to choose accessories that are suitable for your dog(s).  
• Please always check for a good and comfortable fit before using accessories for your dog.  
• Be mindful of wear and tear, no accessory is indestructible and may need replaced if showing signs of damage or wear.
• Accessories should not be left on your dog when they are unsupervised to remove the risk of getting caught and causing strangulation.
• Accessories are not to used in conjunction with seat belts, restraints or tethers as they are not designed for this and may harm your dog.
• Follow the care guide provided on the website to prolong the life of your accessories.
